Where to Exercise Indoors in Champaign-Urbana

Resources and deals for healthy living in Champaign-Urbana

It’s hard to escape talk of New Year’s resolutions related to health, fitness, and weight loss. The truth is that any year, any time, is a great time to commit to health and wellness goals. We have compiled a list of resources for indoor exercise (as we are publishing this in winter, of course) where adults and teens (and sometimes younger children) can get their fitness needs addressed — or just get one foot in front of the other.

These options include some well-known local gyms and fitness centers, as well as yoga studios, walking tracks, and more.

Thankfully, here in Champaign-Urbana, as well as surrounding communities such as Savoy, Monticello, Rantoul and Mahomet, there are a variety of fitness options that cater to a variety of interests. Some of them have special offers, from free fitness weeks to free passes and more.

Most of this list is focused on INDOOR fitness options, centered on adults and teens. Is there a resource we should consider adding to this list? Email us – editor@chambanamoms.com.
