Schedule revealed for new season of summer films on the Quad
The schedule has been released for the 2026 films to be shown on the Illinois campus
The Illini Union Board has announced its summer schedule on its website. The movies are free!
The Illini Union and the Illini Union Board present the Summer Films on the Quad. Each Thursday during the summer, enjoy a free movie on the University of Illinois Quad facing the Illini Union. Snacks and drinks can be purchased from the Illini Union Quad Shop.
Summer Films on the Quad run Thursdays beginning May 21 and continuing through Aug. 13
Beginning on Thursday, May 21, there will be free movies shown on a big screen on the quad behind the Illini Union. Movies begin at 9 p.m.
Attendees are encouraged to come early, grab a bite in Campustown and set up their blankets and chairs while the kids play on the quad at dusk.
