The Champaign Park District has outdoor park spaces, pool side tables, indoor playgrounds and more parties to suit your mood, and the weather. Parties for all ages are available at Leonhard Recreation Center, Douglass Community Center, Martens Center, and in the summer, Sholem Aquatic Center and Prairie Farm.

Savoy 16 + IMAX with Laser
Customers can rent the party room for a $50 fee. You can enjoy the room for an hour before or after your movie, as well as during the duration of the film. Watching a movie is not required to rent the room. Customers can bring in outside food to the party room but not inside the auditorium. Customers can also have a private auditorium for their movie for an additional fee.
Materials included: Tables and chairs are provided as well as a mini-fridge and plenty of counter space. Decorations are not provided but may be brought in.

Bookings canceled more than 24 hours beforehand will be fully refunded. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Store-initiated cancellations due to inclement weather will be fully refunded.

Horizon Climbing
Horizon Climbing has birthday parties available for kids 5-18, which include bouldering for all experience levels and games! They have a kids’ climbing room for the littles, and a main bouldering room for all ages. Birthday parties come with a 2-hour party room reservation, a special Horizon t-shirt for the birthday child, and partial staff supervision.
Materials included: Birthday parties include rental climbing shoes for all participants. Our party room is complete with two standard folding rectangle tables and benches. Families may bring their own decorations and food.

Stephens Family YMCA
A YMCA birthday party brings big fun and plenty of room to celebrate. Families can choose from four options: a Swim Party, Family Adventure Center Party, Climbing Party, or Sports Party, all designed for a range of ages and interests.
Every party includes two hours at the Y, with one hour for the chosen activity and the rest for celebrating in a reserved party area. The birthday child also receives a YMCA birthday shirt.
Depending on the party, this could look like kids splashing in the family pool, taking turns on the wheelchair accessible waterslide, climbing the indoor wall, or exploring a safe indoor playground. With plenty of room to play, the Y quickly turns into a happy blur of fun long after the candles are blown out.
