The Bottom Line Diaper Bank, started five years ago by a Champaign mother and daughter, has moved under the auspices of the United Way of Champaign County.

A Champaign mother and daughter duo started a non-profit organization called Bottom Line Diaper Bank, whose mission is to collect diapers for low-income mothers in need.
