The Station Theatre will host its Third Annual Summer Bash on Sunday, August 9, from 3:30 to 6:00 p.m., behind the theatre at 223 N. Broadway Ave. in Urbana. This free, public event celebrates the conclusion of the theatre’s 53rd season and offers an early look at the 2026–2027 season.
Think of it as an end of season celebration and the perfect way to cap off a matinee of Ordinary Days that same afternoon!
We are thrilled to announce that Cara Maurizi of Modern Drugs will be performing, alongside sneak peek performances from Station Theatre productions and a showcase of local community theatre. More vendors and details are on the way, but go ahead and save the date now. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!
After the event, attendees are invited to continue the celebration with dinner and an informal afterparty at the Station’s new neighbors, The Yard on Broadway.
During the event, the Station Theatre will also announce the full list of directors for its upcoming 54th season, which runs from September 2026 through August 2027.
