The 5th annual Squeezebox Sunday event is here! They’ve squeezed as many bands with accordions into this fundraiser event for the CU Folk & Roots Festival! It’s also a big yard sale for past festival t-shirts and merch – get a t-shirt from your favorite year at a steep discount as we gear up for the 18th annual CU Folk & Roots Festival on October 8th – 10th!
*No cover. Donations in the bucket towards the 2026 CU Folk and Roots Festival on October 8-10 in downtown Urbana.
Featuring some local squeezey favorites, including Papashoy Klezmber Band, the Occasional Cajun Band, Mariachi Libertad with a special focus on accordion in Mariachi, and the debut performance of the Pop-Up Polka Band, a new polka group popping up for this event!
