Gain a greater appreciation and respect for our underwater neighbors and their unique ecosystem as we practice good angling techniques. Cane poles and bait are available to use, but you are welcome to bring your own. The program begins with a brief presentation and demonstration followed by hands-on fishing with the help of experienced guides. All ages and abilities welcome. All fishing is catch-and-release. Note: Per the Illinois Department of Natural Resources regulation, a fishing license is required for fishing in all Illinois waters. Licenses are not required for anglers who are under the age of 16, blind or disabled anglers, or residents on active military service.
