As part of National Health Center Week, CHP’s Back to School Event is open to the community and will provide school supplies, school physicals, community resources, giveaways, and important health information to help families prepare for a healthy school year. It is also a great opportunity to celebrate community and the health center movement.
School & Sports Physicals: They accept al medicaid insurance types & commercial/private insurance, or a flat rate of $30 (No child denied services based on inability to pay)
