Champaign Country Club
The Champaign Country Club hosts its Independence Day celebration for members and their guests on July 3. There will be a firework display that will begin between 9:15 and 9:45 pm. The Champaign Country Club requires that outsider spectators view the show from north of the split rail fence along Armory or in surrounding neighborhoods. Spectators are not allowed at the Clubhouse unless they are members or invited guests.
via memo from CCC: “For safety reasons it is very important to comply with fenced and roped boundaries. It is a very fun event enjoyed by everyone and the Champaign Country Club asks everyone to enjoy from a safe distance.
We apologize to anyone that is disturbed by the noise and hope that you are able to plan accordingly. We understand that our pets and children are sometimes afraid of such loud noise and want to provide you with notice so that you can make plans to be somewhere else during that time.
The fireworks will take place sometime between 9:15 and 9:45 pm. The Champaign Country Club strives to be a good neighbor and they hope you enjoy the fireworks show!”
