On Saturday, August 29, from 10 a.m.–2 p.m., Champaign County Christian Health Center is hosting Healthy Start Community Day, a free back-to-school event for local families.
They’ll be offering free school and sports physicals, along with community resource tables, family activities, food trucks, and opportunities for families to connect with local organizations that support children and families.
They’re bringing together healthcare providers, community organizations, businesses, and volunteers to make it easier for families to get the care and resources they need before the school year begins.

The free event will be held at the Champaign County Christian Health Center, with school and sports physicals taking place inside the clinic and community resource organizations, sponsors, food trucks, and family activities located outside in the clinic’s parking lot.
