Head out to Gies Memorial Stadium and watch “Air Bud” from the football field!
The Aug. 8 event is slated for 7 p.m. at Gies Memorial Stadium.
This event is free to attend. Free parking is available in Lot 31, west of Gies Memorial Stadium.
Fighting Illini student-athletes will be available to meet for autographs and pictures prior to the movie from approximately 5:30-6:30 p.m. Gates open at 5:15 p.m. and the movie will begin at 7 p.m.
The first 150 fans who bring donations of school supplies for Coach Bielema’s backpack and school supply drive will receive FREE popcorn!
Fans will be NOT allowed to bring outside food and beverages or chairs into the stadium. Multiple concessions stands and food trucks will be on hand with a variety of food and beverage options.
