Brunch at Silvercreek is always epic, but it is about to get a whole lot better
If you remember what Silvercreek brunch used to be like, or just consider yourself a Champaign-Urbana brunch enthusiast, we have good news for you
Our team was dining at Silvercreek in Urbana this past December when we first heard the rumor: Silvercreek’s legendary brunch buffet was making a comeback in 2026. Now, if you’ve enjoyed brunch at Silvercreek in the last several years, you know that its a la carte menu has been absolutely phenomenal. From the deviled strawberries with cream cheese filling to what we think may very well be the best cinnamon roll you can find in Champaign-Urbana, we are already raving Silvercreek brunch fans.
And when some of us stopped in over the Christmas holiday to enjoy that day’s special buffet, we were reminded of what the old days of Silvercreek brunch used to look like. Ham carving stations, a seemingly endless supply of gravy and so much more, available for grazing.
And now, we bring great news to the brunch enthusiasts of Champaign-Urbana: Silvercreek has announced the return of its weekly brunch buffet!
In a post on Facebook, Silvercreek shared, “We’re starting a tradition that’s too good to happen only once a year. Our Sunday Brunch Buffet officially kicks off on Easter Sunday (April 5) and will be available every Sunday moving forward! We’ve curated a menu that has something for the kids, the grandparents, and everyone in between! Come enjoy breakfast favorites and hot selections like prime rib, ham, salmon, fried chicken, biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, chorizo with eggs, waffles, french toast, bacon, sausage, & so much more!”
Pricing for Easter Sunday (and beyond) is $49 per adult and $21 per child.
A la carte brunch will no longer be a thing at Silvercreek on Sundays, but trust us, the buffet does not disappoint! Regular items on the buffet include cheese tortellini, belgium waffles, fried chicken breast and of course, carved ham and prime rib (cooked to medium).
