Champaign-Urbana Weekend Planner - Celebrate Black History Month

As we welcome February, we find many community organizations are set to kick off Black History Month around Champaign-Urbana

Families can choose from many events and activities happening this weekend in Champaign-Urbana

February is Black History Month. All month long, you will find events happening around the community that are open to all. Be sure to check our calendar and the article linked below for the latest updates.

This weekend brings the conclusion of Restaurant Week (more info below), and we’ve put together our take on what we can’t wait to try during Restaurant Week. There are so many awesome options to try this year (and many new places on the list, too).

chambanamoms thanks Champaign-Urbana Area Restaurant Week for presenting this weekend planner

It’s the last call for Champaign-Urbana Area Restaurant Week! Over nine days, we will eat our hearts out at over 60 local restaurants that span the world. From Filipino, Indian, Cambodian, Thai, Laos, Mexican, Vietnamese, Italian, Zambian, Vegetarian, Vegan, soul food, farm-to-table and standard American fare, we will showcase it all!
