Mother’s Day plans are underway at Lowe’s and you can score a free flower — if you sign up ahead of time
Starting April 30, customers can sign up for free flowers for Mom this Mother’s Day
Lowe’s recently announced it would be rolling out a free one-pint flower giveaway at its stores this Mother’s Day. Customers need to sign up online ahead of time and flowers will be picked up on Sunday, May 14, at Lowe’s (1904 N. Prospect in Champaign). Registration is opening on Sunday, April 30, at midnight Eastern Daylight Time (11 p.m. on Saturday, April 29, for those of us in Champaign-Urbana).
Lowe’s writes there will be “fun activities and giveaways for all to enjoy” throughout Mother’s Day weekend.
This is not the first time that Lowe’s has given families in the community something free during the spring season. In the past three years, we’ve seen Lowe’s give away gardening kits, starting with curbside pick-ups during the early years of the COVID-19 pandemic.
To sign up to receive a free flower on Mother’s Day, you must pre-register on Lowe’s website. Visit this link at the end of April to ensure you sign up for a flower before all the spots are filled!
