Champaign-Urbana Weekend Planner – Spring into Spring

March 15, 2023 By From The Editors

As we close out spring break, it has made us anticipate all things SPRING even more than we already were

Families can choose from a myriad of events and activities this week in Champaign-Urbana

We know we are in the midst of spring break and all, but there is something about the impending shift in the weather that makes spring TRULY feel right around the corner. (Well, mostly. We are in Champaign-Urbana, after all.) It is light out later, Illini baseball and softball games are happening (well, when weather cooperates) and oh my, the events in town! We have been busy at work loading up our event calendar so that you have the schedule for everything heading through spring into summer. Check back often, as events are being added daily to help you plan.

We are also aware that many Easter events are going to start happening in the coming weeks and this year many require registration. Check out the growing list of egg hunts and more now.

chambanamoms thanks Champaign Public Library for presenting this weekend’s planner

Looking for free family fun? The Champaign Public Library and Douglass Branch offer remarkable resources for families, including books, movies, and 10 storytimes every week!

Don’t miss out on this week’s events, including Babaloo | Live! Music for Kids, a zany, one-of-a-kind musical comedy act, at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Main Library, 200 W. Green St.
