The weather forecast looks appropriately FALL this weekend and we know you are here for it. Grab a sweater for some chillier evenings, maybe pickup some s’mores supplies and plan to take a walk out in the park because it will be a great few days for all of that and more.
Of course, there are festivals and other events happening, too. Many Champaign-Urbana families will be picking out pumpkins for their porches or scooping up some fall mums around town in the coming days, too. Make those memories, snap some early fall pics of your kids and enjoy!

This festival combines unique tether balloon rides for children with disabilities with a family fun experience new to the CU area! Late afternoon flight of a field full of hot air balloons, an evening balloon glow to light up the night, tether balloon rides, a full carnival experience, food vendors, and games and entertainment for kids of all ages!
Proceeds go to local children’s charities – Dodds Park in Champaign Friday 4-10 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
