Editor note: As of 12:30pm Wednesday, we have added Mansfield to the list of villages postponing trick or treat hours to Friday. Mansfield hours are now 5-8pm on Friday evening.
The Village of Fisher announced early Wednesday morning that they would be moving official trick or treating hours to Friday, November 1 due to the projected weather forecast on Halloween night. Fisher is located about 18 miles northwest of Champaign-Urbana and the announcement has left many families in the area wondering, “will my town be next?”
