If you like free, you’ll love this promotion from Cactus Grill in Champaign.
The locally owned “fresh-mex” style restaurant will celebrate its 10th year in business by offering one free chicken or veggie burrito per walk-in customer on Wednesday, March 13, between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Cactus Grill is located within the Stadium Plaza at 1405 S. Neil Street, Champaign, just north of the busy intersection of Kirby and Neil. It is locally owned and operated by Rick and Linda Lau, who are also parents of five children.
“We do this to celebrate the anniversary of the business with our customers,” Linda Lau told chambanamoms.com in 2015. “Without them, we would not be in business and this is our way of saying ‘Thank you!’ Also, we just love giving back!”
