As a college student here, there was no higher honor I could bestow upon my friends and loved-ones than to treat them to a cookie, brownie, or – on very special occasions – a decorated cookie-cake from The Cookie Jar.

Whichever you choose, you can be assured that everything made from scratch, on-site, daily and that is a difference you can taste!
When I went in recently to request a decorated cookie cake for my daughter’s 4 birthday, I was somewhat hesitant to make my request known… a “Frozen” Cookie cake. You see, all of the cookies are decorated free hand – no figurines, stencils or plastic props – so I was a bit nervous that my daughter’s dream would be too much. And yet, Master Cookie Man Ed Brubaker, who has owned and operated this establishment for well… longer than I can remember (which means more than 17 years), happily rose to the challenge and created a FABULOUS product that my daughter was delighted with! (Did I mention I had waited until the LAST MINUTE to order – the day before – and yet he TOTALLY accommodated me?)
