Our goal is to help you find a family-friendly place where you can celebrate. If your church would like to be added to the listings, please fill out this form.
Service Times: We will offer four identical Easter services for the family starting Saturday, April 15 at 4:30 p.m., and continuing Sunday, April 16 at our regular service times of 8:00, 9:15, & 10:45A. All services will meet in the Auditorium, and our Saturday 4:30P and 9:15 & 10:45A services will also be open in our Oasis Venue. Child programming will be available at all services for children birth – 5th grade.

Walk the road to new life through our traditional, visually rich, and participatory Holy Week and Easter services. Emmanuel welcomes all kinds of households, and offers worship times every day from April 9-16.
Service Times: Palm Sunday 4/9 10:15am Jesus enters Jerusalem: Procession with palms and Holy Communion
Maundy Thursday 4/13 7pm Remembering the Last Supper: Footwashing with Communion
Good Friday 4/14 12:15pm “Stations of the Cross” — a walk through the church reflecting on moments in Jesus’ last days
The Great Vigil 4/15 8:30pm — Waiting for Resurrection: Begin with one candle in pitch darkness, move through Bible stories and Communion, end at Easter and a party! This is a long service, but one of the most dramatic of the year
Easter Day 3/27 9 and 11am — Festive Communion services with incense and choral music, followed by receptions.
Make your pilgrimage to the Cross and experience the Resurrection this Holy Week and Eastertide at the Chapel of Saint John the Divine. Child care is provided at all services. The Chapel is a family-friendly parish of the Episcopal Church, ministering to the community of Champaign-Urbana and the Episcopal campus ministry to the University of Illinois.

Twin Cities Bible Church
We’re a campus-and-community church with room for all ages. Whether or not church has been part of your life, join us to celebrate the Story that changed the world and that continues to change lives!
Service Times: The story begins on Good Friday (April 14) at 7:00 PM at our dark and somber Tenebrae service (“Service of Darkness”), recounting the events of Jesus’ crucifixion and death. Then join us to celebrate His resurrection on Easter Sunday (April 16), at 9:00 & 10:45 AM. Age appropriate classes for children of all ages are available at both service times.

The Vineyard Church, Mahomet
We will be offering two Family Easter services with a free Easter Dinner served between services. Parents can enjoy worshiping with their children in the main auditorium for services at 4:15 & 6pm (and we’ll have some fun Easter crafts for them as well). We’ll also have a photo booth set up so we can capture a family photo!
