Life is stressful, especially as a teen. Join Urbana Poet Laureate Ashanti Files as she hosts workshops that teach you how to use writing to reduce stress.

*About the facilitator: Shaya Robinson is a spoken word artist that teaches poetry as a tool to reflect on social and racial injustices.
All girls welcome, especially those who have experienced prejudice due to race, gender and age. These free sessions take place every other Thursday, 6:00 – 7:00 pm from September 8 through December 15. Please register to attend.
