World AIDS Day, observed annually on December 1st, is an opportunity for people around the world to unite in the fight against HIV/AIDS, support those affected, and honor those that have been lost.
This event begins with a candlelight vigil and song dedication, then transitions to guest speakers, and ends with entertainment from invited individuals/groups.
Throughout the event, community members are able to view historic AIDS memorial quilts, browse educational materials, and enjoy light snacks and refreshments.
