Get ready! The City of Urbana together with many local businesses are offering Downtown Trick-or-Treat this year on Friday, Oct. 29th 12pm-5pm PLUS a Halloween circus-arts performance in Cherry Alley, south side of The Urbana Free Library from 3pm-5pm!
Don a costume and come trick or treat with the whole family while shopping local businesses in Urbana!
