The recipient of the Gregg and Jeff Helgesen Graduate Jazz Fellowship is Doctor of Musical Arts candidate and jazz trumpet performance major Austin Dunaway. Over the course of the past semester, he has been an integral part of the sound of this ensemble and performing in this concert. Austin will be featured as the lead trumpet throughout the evening’s performance.
