Join the Champaign County Transition Planning Committee to learn how to create a vision for your child, to ask the necessary questions about the elements of transition, and to find the tools you need to make it all happen!
This group will discuss getting the most out of your child’s school years, what resources are available through community organizations, and how to plan for your child’s transition to life after graduation using the
continuation of related services.
