Prairie Fields Park
Editor’s Note: This event was postponed and is rescheduled for Wednesday, July 15 from 10:00 a.m. to noon at Prairie Fields Park in Savoy.
Chambanamoms.com and Christie Clinic have come together and designed six playdates at six different locations to add up to an amazing summer! Today’s stop will bring out tons of kids next to Carrie Busey Elementary School.
On Tuesday, July 7, RESCHEDULED TO A NEW DATE: On Wednesday, July 15, from 10 a.m. to noon, join us for a morning of free fun at Prairie Fields Park in Savoy. We can’t wait, and thank our friends in Savoy for being part of our 2015 Christie Clinic Summer Playdate Series. There will be some giveaways and activities.
Today’s playdate will have a theme – superheroes! If your kids would like to be dressed in their favorite superhero attire, we would love it. Kids who participate will get a special (small) prize, while supplies last. (And since it might be hot, we’re pretty lenient on what counts as “participation.”)
Some practical information: There is plenty of free parking. Great nap guaranteed!
- Monday, July 20, 5:30 to 7:3-0 p.m., AMBUCS Park, Urbana
- Tuesday, August 4, 10 a.m. to noon, Homer Lake Forest Preserve Playscape
- Sunday, August 16, 2-4 p.m. Eisner Park, Champaign
Each playdate will consist of two hours of free, all-ages fun! Join us and invite your friends.
The biggest applause for this goes to our friends and partners at Christie Clinic for helping us make these events happen. Be sure to give them a thumbs up on Facebook and thank them for sponsoring the events. They will also be giving out a $50 gift certificate to Body N’ Sole at this playdate! Don’t miss your chance to win!
In the event of inclement weather, we will keep people aware of what is happening viva Facebook and Twitter.
