Head to Allerton Public Library in the program room on Saturday, March 22nd from 10am to 11am for a Read to Cats event with the Piatt County Animal Shelter!
PCAS is an all-volunteer no-kill shelter supported by private donations and fundraisers. They hope to break ground on a new building, this spring, that will better support the needs of the shelter animals and our community.
