Show your pride and love of the outdoors by joining a hike! Champaign Outdoors is celebrating CU Pride Fest with a Pride Hike before the parade. Come out to Meadowbrook Park at 9am on Saturday, September 28th. They’ll even have some fun giveaways for a few lucky hikers.
The UP Center of Champaign County is hosting its 10th annual CU Pride Fest and Parade during the weekend of September 27th-29th. The UP Center was founded in 2009 as an organization to advocate for the equality, wellness, advocacy, and visibility of the LGBTQ+ communities in Champaign County.
This event is free to attend. They will meet at Meadowbrook Park in the parking lot near Prairie Play Pavilion on Windsor (near Vine) at 9am.
Note: A parental signature on a waiver is required for all attendees under 18. Attendees under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need a copy of the waiver to be signed ahead of time. Waivers will also be available at the event.
