Little people and big people experience stress and big feelings. Mindfulness practices can help. This group will share practices, show tools, and highlight research findings. You will leave the session with awareness and strategies that you can practice wherever you go! They look forward to having fun being mindful together. Presented by team members from the Family Resiliency Center.
