Join Campus Recreation for their first Family Workout Night on Monday, October 14th from 6:00-7:00pm at the Outdoor Fitness Court! As a part of Campus Recreation’s Exercise is Medicine Month, parents can engage in two group fitness classes on the Outdoor Fitness Court with their Group Fitness staff while their children enjoy programming with their Active Illini Day Camp staff on the adjacent basketball courts. Parents can expect to rotate between yoga and bodyweight workout classes. Meanwhile, children will participate in active and collaborate games, enjoy a snack workshop where they will learn how to make their own healthy treat, and take part in a modified group fitness class just for them. Children ages 6-12 are welcome to join for only $12 per household!
