[Villa Grove, IL] –House House, Community Outreach and Recovery Support (CORS), a tri-county initiative dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by Substance Use Disorder or housing instability, is putting together a Community Fair to allow members of Douglas County and its surrounding communities access to available resources in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.
This event is open to everyone, whether you’re looking to learn about helpful local services, enjoy a day out with your family, or simply connect with your neighbors, there’s something here for everyone!
Event Highlights:
- FREE Admission – Open to all families and individuals
- Indoor & Outdoor Experience – Enjoy both comfortable indoor spaces and an engaging outdoor area
- Resource Booths – Access information on housing support, recovery services, mental health care, employment help, and more
- Family Fun Yard Games – Cornhole, giant Jenga, hula hoops, and other classic favorites for all ages
- Touch-a-Truck Zone – Explore police cars, fire trucks, and other emergency and service vehicles up close
