You’re invited to “Discover Academy High,” their fall admissions event! Discover how their college preparatory high school stands out from the rest and why it could be the perfect fit for your child’s academic journey.
This event is designed to give parents and students two unique but related experiences. Please see descriptions below:
For Parents:
Welcome from Head of School
Their Head of School, Jordan Conerty, will kick off the event with a brief, engaging presentation that explores the unique features of our curriculum, abundant extracurricular opportunities, and signature programs. Find out how Academy High shapes successful graduates and where they’re headed in their academic pursuits.
Meet the Faculty
Hear from some of their dedicated teachers, who will make brief presentations on the curriculum sequence in their subject areas and share insights into their teaching approaches, highlighting how they foster student engagement and success in the classroom. This is a great opportunity to get an overview of the academic offerings and understand the philosophy behind their educational practices.
The Parent Perspective
Discover “The Academy High Difference” in a panel discussion featuring current and alumni parents who will share their perspective on their student’s experiences both inside and outside the classroom. You will have the opportunity to submit questions ahead of the event that you would hope could be discussed by their panel.
Applications and Financial Aid
Hear from Deborah Bodony, the Director of Operations, to learn more about applying to Academy High and their financial aid program. Substantial merit-based scholarships are available for 7th and 8th grade students who apply for the 2025-2026 academic year by December 13th. Limited spots are also available for transfer students for the current 9th-11th grade classes. In addition to merit-based scholarships, Academy High also provides need-based financial aid to eligible students in the form of indexed tuition.

Engage in exciting activities centered around their learning approaches in modules and core classes! You will conclude your time together with opportunities for tours and the chance to ask questions.
