Inspired by a vision from Gayle, owner of Neil St. Blues, this event combines entrepreneurship, workforce development, mentorship, and community engagement. Selected participants will work directly with Gayle to learn kitchen skills, food preparation, restaurant operations, and the fundamentals of running a successful business. Later that evening, the community is invited to enjoy live music and purchase $5 soul food plates prepared by the participants themselves.
