Parkland College Career and Technical Education is hosting a FREE “Business and Entrepreneurship Experience.” High school students in grades 9 through 12 are invited to attend Thursday, October 12, from 9 am to 2 pm to take part in this exciting event.
This hands-on career exploration event that focuses on accounting and business practices will feature:
- Hands-on learning sessions : Marketing Mayhem, Secrets to Success, Not So Petty Cash, and The Entrepreneurship Mindset. Students will participate in each of the four sessions.
- A tour of Parkland’s campus.
- Lunch, a T-shirt, and a Parkland swag bag.
- A hospitality room for teachers and chaperones.
