Have you been enjoying Christmas Lights Around Champaign-Urbana this week? We sure have! Remember that we have a list going of all of Champaign-Urbana’s best Christmas lights that you can find this year in our community (and some further-away options, too!) We love lights so much that one of our winter events is a special lights and hot cocoa event THIS Sunday night… it’s free, it will be fun and we can’t wait to see many of you out at Prairie Farm this weekend!

Featured Event – Twinkling Lights and Cocoa

Sunday, December 12, 5-6:30 p.m.

Join us for a special evening of lights, family friendly fun, and cocoa at Prairie Farm (2202 W. Kirby Ave, Champaign). Grab your mittens, warm coats, and hats and join us on a stroll through the twinkling lights. Enjoy photo opportunities and more at this event that is sure to be fun for all ages. A special thank you to our friends at Christie Clinic for sponsoring our family friendly fun activities this fall and winter. We would also like to thank our friends at the Champaign Park District for hosting us at this event.

Marcy McAnally, State Farm Agent, and her team are spreading Holiday cheer with their last gift of the year! Stop by for a gift bag of items to make a tour of the local festive holiday lights a success. They worked with the Black Bear Bakery out of Mahomet to make the hot chocolate bombs for some specialty hot cocoa. Candy canes, mini magnetic flashlights and a map of local lights will be sure to make the evening fun! Stop by under their awning and they’ll bring a bag out to you.
