Just two weeks to go and you can start filling your family’s free time with Halloween fun in Champaign-Urbana now
Get the scoop on everything that’s coming our way these next couple weeks for Halloween and get to making those plans now – some events require advance reservation or registration
Who says Halloween is just one day?! Not us, that’s for sure! And many families in Champaign-Urbana agree, as Halloween can be a month-long celebration of spooky, family-friendly fun. Enjoy this crisp fall weather and take your family on the “Great Pumpkin Hunt” to find 34 adorable pumpkins at parks all over Champaign-Urbana. Or stop by the Botanical Gardens at Lake of the Woods to see their new spooky decorations and a “spooky trail” you can walk through all month long, too. That’s just two free examples of things you can do; find more spooky decorations all over Champaign-Urbana with our list here.
Looking for more Halloween?
Library craft pick-up bags, virtual scary stories, outdoor decorations (like we mentioned above) and of course, TREATS… there’s a lot of Halloween fun to be had this year. Get the big picture when it comes to Halloween events/activities right here (and if you’re looking specifically for events that will allow you to stay in your car and maintain social distance, we have a list just for that here).
