This is it! A weekend chock full of all things Halloween, for three days straight.
Short of the main event itself, this weekend is FULL of Halloween fun, so open up our Halloween Fun Guide first thing to see what you’re penciling into your calendar. Your child can wear their costume every day this weekend, as much as they want, and you’ll have more candy than you know what to do with before it’s over. Start making plans as to what you’ll do with all that Halloween candy now, by the way. Among the activities are Trunk or Treat events galore. If you’ve never been, you’ll enjoy the festive environment these organizations put on in making it easy for you to “trick or treat” without having to walk from home to home.
Want to see the chambanamoms.com team out and about this weekend? Come visit us at Trick or Treating with the Stars on Sunday. Looking for a place to get scared this weekend? We have a Champaign-Urbana fright guide pulled together for you (many of these are for big kids or adults and are not considered little kid friendly).
If you still need pumpkins, head to the corn maze, pumpkin patch and apple post we’ve put together. We know you’ll still be able to get your jack-0-lanterns carved by Halloween.
Every day is a great day to head to the Champaign Public Library
chambanamoms.com thanks the Champaign Public Library for bringing us our Weekend Planner
Looking for free activities, books, and movies? A beautiful indoor play area? The Champaign Public Library and Douglass Branch offer remarkable resources for families, including 11 storytimes every week—plus monthly Mother Goose on the Loose storytimes, where every child takes home a book.
