Are you new to the Champaign-Urbana area, or are you just on the search for a new dentist? Either way, our dental guide will help point you in the right direction. Since all children entering kindergarten, second, and sixth grades are required to have a dental examination, this is something that is often on our minds. The examination must be performed by a licensed dentist and a Proof of Dental Examination Form must be completed by the dentist. The Proof of Dental Examination Form must be completed prior to May 15 of the current school year.
Be sure to contact the dentists below for more information regarding their practice and tell them that you heard about their practice from chambanamoms. Don’t see your name here and are interested in being a part of our Champaign-Urbana area dental guide? Fill out this form and we will be in contact with you. Please note that all listings are sponsors of chambanamoms.
