Thank you to The Place for Kids with Autism for sponsoring our Kids Eat Free on Halloween guide. The Place for Children with Autism is hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony with Urbana Mayor Diane Marlin at its new location in Urbana’s Lincoln Square Mall at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 30. The opening of the new center is the result of requests from parents in the community for an alternative to public schooling that is inclusive to their children’s needs. The center’s website is readily accepting applicants and assisting with insurance verification. Click here or call (224) 436-0788.
