Flying Machine, Urbana: “Flying Machine hands down, especially if you are into pour over coffee and a good selection of microroasters. The baristas know what they are doing. They are super chill and laid back and friendly. And reasonably priced to boot! I love that they have a drink card and the free drink can be anything. Can’t wait for Flying Machine’s Avionics cafe opening in downtown Champaign.”
