Thanks to Katie Harlan, health and fitness coach, for sponsoring our New Year’s Fitness Guide.
It’s hard to escape the talk of New Year’s resolutions related to health, fitness, and weight loss. The truth is any time is a great time to commit to health and wellness goals. Thankfully, here in Champaign-Urbana, as well as Savoy, Tuscola, Monticello and Mahomet, we are lucky to have plenty of fitness options for every need. And many of them have special offers for the New Year, from free fitness weeks to free passes and more.
Katie Harlan is an online health and fitness coach and the creator of Family Wellness: Simplified, a weight loss solution for moms that is family friendly! This program works because she has created it to be sustainable LONG TERM; it’s not a diet, it’s a simple way of living. Katie has compiled the tools and systems that have worked for her and her young family. During this four-week program, she will share meal plans, recipes, and a grocery list with you, as well as personalized workouts that are fast and effective. Plus, Katie will be sharing solutions for getting your family (including kids) on board with your new healthy lifestyle, including fitness and nutrition tips from my kids to yours.
