One Week Boutique comes to town April 21-23, and we’re excited to partner with chambanamoms.com sponsor OWB to give you an opportunity to win a great giveaway.
Before there was chambanamoms, there was OWB. We have been shopping the sale since way back to its days at the Champaign County Fairgrounds, so we have some insight into what makes OWB a great opportunity for Champaign-Urbana area parents, guardians and anyone who loves kids.
The sale takes place April 21-23 at the former Hobby Lobby building, 2002 Glen Park Drive in Champaign, right off Mattis Avenue. Admission is $2 on Saturday, but free on Sunday and Monday (half-price day).

1. Great deals! The sale is a great way to stock up on spring/summer clothes, and it helps many local families earn extra income by consigning.
2. The sale builds community among parents. You never know who you will run into at One Week Boutique.
3. The presale for first-time parents. Great way to help new parents save money and meet other new parents as well. (Registration required for this presale).
4. We love that mompreneur Donna Pepper, a Champaign-Urbana native, is always adding new things to the sale. This year, it’s the petting zoo on Sunday, April 22 from 1-4 p.m. — FREE!
5. Unsold items from the sale stay in our community, and are donated to two places that are an important safety net for Champaign-Urbana area families — Crisis Nursery and the Center for Women in Transition.

I just had my baby on Friday and am looking forward to my first OWB. I’m not quite sure what to expect, but would be thrilled to score some good deals on baby boy clothes and maybe even a monitor if possible.

I am so excited about OWB that I actually dreamed about it last night! My baby shower is the next weekend, so I was also dreaming about that! I am hoping to find a couple of bouncy chairs, (one for Grandma’s house), a swing, clothes, and toys to put away for baby’s first Christmas! I can hardly wait!
My favorite part are the shoes.
I have always been able to buy lots and lots of jeans that are in great shape at OWB! Last year I stocked up and got my oldest daughter 10 pairs!

I have found it is a great place to find shoes (which my kids seem to grow out of like it’s their job)!
I always make a list of what my kids need (clothes, shoes, toys, etc) before I go otherwise I am just too overwhelmed!
I just had a son after having two girls, so I need boy clothes. I’ve never shopped at OWB before, but it looks like a great place to find some good deals.
I’m looking forward to stocking up on summer clothing and looking for some new toys for my growing baby.

I like to shop for blue jeans for all three of my kids!
I was AMAZED at the deals I got for my little boy! Its hard to pick a favorite but I LOVED the toys. I got a great deal and he really loves everything I picked out for him. I was able to get him things that were very expensive in the stores for a real bargain. His favorite is a keyboard that teaches you how to play songs.
I have never shopped the owb. I am excited to go see what they have and hope to find a stroller there!
I shopped last fall and found really cute name brand clothes for my kids, and they cost so little! Awesome!
