Come swim for free!
We know families love to swim, and we’re inviting you to join us for some fun in the water — for free!
All we’re asking in return for this free admission (did we mention that means the whole family can swim at no cost?) is that you fill out an anonymous, 21-question survey that asks participants to rank order a list of pool features as part of the planning process for a new outdoor pool to replace the one at Crystal Lake Park that closed in 2008.
That’s all! Easy-peasy, right? Right!
Still not sure? We have prizes! We’ll be giving out several door prizes in the form of pool passes, courtesy of the UPD. You might also win a new “Proud to be a Chambana Mom” T-shirt! Come one, come all! We can’t wait to see you there.
NOTE: This is a free event and it is open to residents of Urbana, Champaign and the surrounding areas. However, for safety reasons, there is a limit on the number of people who can use the pool at any one time. Entry is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
