Amy wants to know why every time her kid get sick, she barfs. Even if she just has a fever — here comes the vomit comet! Dude, enough with the throwing up already.
Laura wants to know why people have already turned on their Christmas lights. What’s the rush??? Can’t they wait until Friday? (Just call me Scrooge).

Why can’t I write without small people coming in every three minutes to ask me things like … how do you spell Will, Rebecca …. and the seven other cousins who are coming to Thanksgiving? Why isn’t my cleaning lady here yet? Why does John get to go to “work” today while I am “off” with the kids? Is that what you had in mind?
Getting ready for a dinner party tonight. What does my husband decide the most important chore to do is? Cleaning the GUTTERS!!!!!!! Seriously, when there are dust bunnies in the front room that have become like part of the family, you’re really worried about the gutters?!
RE: Premature Christmas decorating; Even my 4yo daughter is annoyed. She keeps saying, “But it’s not even Thanksgiving yet!!!!!”
Where to start? Although I am thankful for a roof over our head- our “ancestral farmhouse” is beyond annoying. It requires constant upkeep and maintenance- I am starting to dream of brand spanking new homes that don’t have well pits, 50 year old bathrooms in the middle of being gutted, and basements you can actually walk in. Blah!
I’m tickled that Nickelodeon Storytime is coming to the Assembly Hall in the spring. But 7pm? Seriously?? On a Tuesday and a Wednesday? WTF?
